Product Details
It is a self-propelled lightweight walking multipurpose cultivator suitable for the inter crop cultivation. It can be use for all types of agricultural activities for which work the bullock and manual labours are used. Due to its light weight, small size & multipurpose functionality, it is most suitable for small land holding & terrace farming at hilly regions where at present cultivation work is carried out by manual labour only. Our range includes rotary tiller, pulverize machine, tree pruning machine, grass cutting machine, cutting blades, cutting machine, garden pruner, grain harvesting, grass cutter, grass cutting machine and many more. |

Concept Introduction
Considering all above facts, we enter in agriculture engineering field. We are a team of techno craft and working in agriculture engineering field for the last 15 years. We are well experience and studied Indian agriculture sector need. Many progressive farmers, agriculture universities from various states, Central Institute of Agriculture Engineering, Bhopal were associated with us for the development of multipurpose cultivator. We offer -
Multipurpose cultivator such as pulverize machine, tree pruning machine, grass cutting machine, etc as a replacement of farm animal power. -
Multipurpose cutter like cultivator cutters which can be use as a grass cutter and as a mini harvester for various crops. -
Mini power weed remover for low spacing row crops. -
Advance chaff cutter. Etc. |

Importance of Farm Mechanization
Considering the limitations on additional land to be brought under cultivation, the agriculture production target can be achieved only through energy based intensive agriculture. The draft animal population of the country remained stagnant during the last two decades. Only for tillage operations requires high power rating of prime mover and most of other farm operations can be managed with smaller power units. |
|
Necessity of Improvement
The agriculture engineering inputs play a major role in increasing agriculture production and productivity to ensure timeliness of operations, increasing the efficiency of in puts utilization, reducing losses at various stages and scientific management. But due to abundance of small farmers and difficult undulated soil topography, draught animals continue to be used by majority of the farmers. A need was felt to have improved implements and machinery, which could be adopted by Indian farmers having varied socio-economic background. |

Use of "Little Master"
Seedbed Preparation: Suitable for terrace farming at hilly regions and for medium & small plots as a replacement of bullock and man power for dry and wet land cultivation. Sowing: For terrace farming in hilly regions, inter crop sowing and for medium and small plot sowing as a replacement of bullock. Inter crop Cultivation: Suitable for most of the crop patterns and field conditions for small, medium and large farms and terrace farming. (Minimum row distance is required 2’) Transportation: Capacity to carry load up to 200 kilograms makes it a replacement for bullock cart. For the tribal community, the “Little Master” can act as a means of livelihood as the tribal to cultivate the land of medium and large farmers, on contract basis, can use it. This would be providing self-employment for the tribal people. |

Advantages of Little Master
-
It is not very heavy and hence an average woman working in the farm can use it. -
The rural craftsman can repair & manufacture the accessories and hence the farmers are not dependent on the manufacturer of the Little Master. -
It covers all necessary inter crop cultivation works which is presently covered by bullock and human power & efficiency of removal of weed is more than 95%.. Limitations |

Comparison of Little Master with other traditional cultivation methods
Draught Animals and Little Master: The capital investment made for Draught animals and it implements is nearly equal. The average annual maintenance cost for the Little Master is lower than that for Draught animals. Little Master can be used for narrow spacing inter-crop cultivation even after growth up to 5’ height while as draught animals cannot be used for the same. Apart from this Little Master can be used as a prime mover for spraying, pumping etc. Power Tiller and Little Master: The capital investment and maintenance cost for Power Tiller is more than that for Little Master. The advantage of Power Tiller is that its transportation capacity is more than that of Little Master. Although the Power Tiller is used for inter-crop cultivation, the Little Master can work in more crops than the Power Tiller for inter-crop cultivation. Manual and Little Master: Even though human power is a daily wages labour, it requires capital investment by way of advances, providing accommodation and other facilities. With Little Master, the farmer needs not to hire additional labour and face problems in peak season. As easy to handle farmer can self operate it. |
