Introduction of “ Little Master”  Multipurpose cultivator.

Little Master Multipurpose cultivator is indigenously design and developed as per requirement of Indian tradition of farming and difficult undulated soil topography.  For the ease of repair & maintenance by rural craftsman, for this cultivator, we have used pump set / generator engine, Hero Honda Splendor model clutch, etc; which are available at Taluka level.

It is developed such a way that it should be not only perfect replacement of bullock pair and power tiller but more than that. It is useful for all cultivation work to small and medium farmers and large land holding farmers for inter crop cultivation. In proper soil condition, it covers 3 to 4 arc. Cultivation works in a day by single man or women and consumes 6 to 8 lit. Fuel (It is multi fuel engine).

Small and medium farmers are using it on hiring basis for other farms after completion of his own land cultivation and earning Rs. 400 to 500 per day as net profit. So it had proven that agriculture base self employment is generated with this cultivator. It is livelyhood for many landless farm labours. In many places found that those young generations which are not willing to work in farm, now are enthusiastic and operating our cultivator as it is proper and comfortable mechanization.

Due to light weight and multifunctional working, found most suitable for terrace farming for hilly region. It is in use for wet land cultivation in all types of soil.( Maharashatra, Karnataka, Kerla, Himachal Prades, Assam etc.) In case of any problem, it can easily lift by two persons and take out of field. It is useful in the farm nearly 200 days in a year where water source available.

Garden Equipments For Hedge Trimming, Lawn Corner Cutting, Trimming Etc

This is made for shredding faggot in to small pieces.

Standard cutting blade width is 300mm and it can shred 8 to 10 mm dry sticks.

Generally it is use for marvel grass, khus roots etc. cutting in to 2 to 3” length.

As per customer requirement it can design for capacity, electric motor or engine driven etc.

From side entrance, we can insert coconut tree leaves and similar type agriculture wastage which will chaff by cutter in to 3 to 4” width pieces and enter in to hammer mill directly where by rotary hammering it will breaks in to small pieces. Required size of out put material can be define as per outlet mesh size.

From top we can insert faggot, dry and wet bushes, coconut shell and similar type small farm west directly to hammer mill.

Power requirement is more as compare to above grass shredding machine.

As per requirement it can be design tractor mounted PTO shaft driven. Minimum 18 H.P. power tractor is required. Or 5 to 8 H.P. Electric motor or engine require.

Power requirement is depend with per hour production requirement.
