With an industrial experience of more than 10 years, we have been engaged in manufacturing and supplying APFC Capacitor, Double Front Motor Control, Drawn our Motor Control, Floor Distribution Board, LT Panel, Motor Control Centre, Out Door Mertering panel Enclosures for Outdoor Type Metering Panels, Power Main Control, Single Phase AMF Panel, Busduct and Wall Mounted Double Door Distribution Board. Fabricated using quality raw material such as stainless steel and MS sheets, our array finds wide application in diverse industries.

We have a spacious infrastructural set up that houses various departments and ensures in the smooth production of our assortment. It comprises manufacturing unit, in-house design unit, quality-testing unit and storage unit. The manufacturing unit spreads across a wide area and has provision for installation of requisite machines and facilities that ensures a faster rate of the production process, assisting in timely deliverance.

Some of the machines used in our manufacturing unit are:

• CNC Hi-tech turret punch press machine for punching 6 mm thick MS sheet.
• Fully Automatic NC press break machine for folding 4mm thick 2500mm long MS Sheet, 2mm thick 2500mm long SS sheet
• Automatic Busbar Punching & Bending machine for punching circular holes / elongated holes and can also be used for bending of the bus bars
• Hydraulic semi auto shearing machine for shearing 4mm thick 2500mm long MS sheet and 2mm thick 2500mm long SS Sheet
• Workshop CO2 welding bay for welding and for providing quality finish to the control panels.

These machines are monitored periodically for proper oiling and lubrication, to deliver bulk consignments within the stipulated period. We have an in-house design unit equipped with CAD/CAM software that helps in the development of our Power and Automation control panels and meet the next level of the client’s requirement. Our quality-testing unit installed with advanced testing machine enables us to deliver flawless product at clients end ensuring apt performance and durability. We have a spacious storage unit to accommodate the unfinished and finished product in an effective manner.

Our offered range of Power and Automation control panels undergoes different testing equipment such as Digital-Multimeters and Tong testers to carry out tests successfully. Various tests are carried out in our tests labs such as:

• High-voltage-testing up to 5.0KV with Earth leakage measurement.
• Digital High Voltage Insulation testing Megger up to 1000V.
• Secondary current injection tester for over current and earth fault test
