We are offering our clients with an extensive range of air dryers packages with the support of M/s.Henderson Engineering Co., USA and its sister concern SAHARA. A Manufacturing License Agreement with these companies allow us in designing and marketing a wide range of air dryers package systems in India & the neighboring countries. We are instrumental in catering to the requirements of our clients by offering them with economical and reliable system solutions.

The types of air dryer packages offered by us include the following:

• Heat-less
• Heat-reactivated
• Blower purge
• Heat of compression (HOC)

We are instrumental in offering our clients with CO2 storage systems that are designed to be mounted on a skid for ease in erection and commissioning at the site. Also available as mobile tankers, these CO2 storage systems reckoned for their energy efficiency and reliability. We also undertake customization of this range as per the specifications of the clients.

We are capable of designing and packaging centrifugal air compressors to suit the industry specific requirements of our clients. Recently we have packaged centrifugal air compressors for Reliance Industries Ltd., Hazira that holds the following specifications:

• 16,000 CFM (27,000 m3/hr)
• Integrally geared
• Centrifugal air compressor
• 2700 KW motor

In these centrifugal air compressors, the air-end, control panel, intercooler and bundles were imported from our vendors and the rest of the components like base frame, lube-oil tank, inter-stage piping and lube oil piping were fabricated at our premises. These air compressors were packed to precision with a total weight of 36.5 tons of the skid including the motor (excluding motor was 22.5 tons).

Leveraging on the proficiency of our adept team, we are offering our clients with lube oil systems that are used in centrifugal compressors, lubeoil consoles, steam turbines, reduction gear boxes and driven equipment. Designed, manufactured and packaged at our premises, these lube oil systems are packaged on common skids and are tested before dispatch to client’s site.

Our engineering department takes care of the following aspects before packaging includes:

• Designed to API 611 or API 614
• Capacity of the lube oil system is decided after studying the requirement of the steam turbine, gear box & driven equipment in addition to retention time specified
• System design includes the design of the accessories for the operation of the lube oil system i.e. developing the Process & Instrumentation Diagram
• Reading and translating the customer specifications into the individual component specifications for procurement of bought outs
• Developing the equipment general arrangement diagram and foundation drawing on the basis of plot plan by the customer
• Drawing up the piping general arrangement and piping isometrics based on the equipment layout
• Thermal & mechanical design of the oil cooler & preparation of the fabrication drawings
• Sizing and mechanical design of the oil reservoir and preparation of the fabrication drawings
• Sizing of the lube oil filter & preparation of the fabrication drawings
• Electrical / Instrumentation design for the control scheme.

We are instrumental in undertaking contract design and manufacturing of vacuum skids for ejectors and ejector systems. Our association with BOC-Edwards makes us capable in providing datasheets and vacuum skids for a 15 tons/hr condensing system for GOPDC, Ghana.
