Started in the year 1971, the company provided consultancy services to chemical industries & soon established itself as a name for quality and dependability. Many of the large industrial organisations in India including Hindustan Lever Limited (subsidiary of Unilever Plc.) became its customers. The Company owned & operated 3 CO2 purification & bottling plants & 1 CO2bottling plant situated in various locations in India & had an established All-India marketing network. The produce of the plants had a purity in excess of 99.99% & was approved by the likes of Coca Cola & Pepsico. The business was sold off to Praxair Inc, USA in 1998.

The Company continues to supply CO2 storage systems & CO2 manufacturing plants to its customers. The Company has been dealing with Turbomachinery since 1976 and has had experience of dealing with equipment of major players like Elliott Turbomachinery Inc., USA ; Dresser Rand Co. Inc., USA, FS-Elliott Co., LLC, USA, etc. for products such as centrifugal air & gas compressors, steam turbines, CO2 bulk storage systems, industrial compressed air dryers, compressed air blowers & turbochargers.Today the company not only does complete engineering of the "within battery limits", but supplies all the indigenous equipment and does erection and commissioning supervision of these equipment in the country & takes up contracts on EPC / LSTK basis.

In the year 1985, the company purchased a manufacturing unit to undertake its fabrication requirements. The factory is located at Mangalore with adequate machinery, handling facilities and skilled manpower. The facility is ISO 9001:2000 certified and is also ASME ‘U’ Stamp certified. The company has a full fledged engineering department with the necessary software and hardware resources to enable carry out the pre-bid & post-bid engineering in terms of basic engineering, detailed engineering, etc. in all fields i.e. process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, etc. This is further strengthened by associations with international companies and institutes of repute.

The Company has set up a stand - alone engineering outfit which is
manned by highly experienced personnel from the industry & caters to the
engineering requirements of the Oil & Gas Industries, as well. Another area of expertise of the Company is in the field of packaging. The Company has the know-how & the in-depth knowledge to put together packages for various applications such as Lube Oil Systems, Steam Condensing Systems, Air Dryer Packages, Compressed Air Dryers, Industrial Compressed Air Dryers, Pump Skids, Vacuum Skids, etc.

We have sufficient financial resources and adequate arrangements with
financial institutions to take up and execute high value orders within
specified time schedules. The company also boasts of a full fledged service team rendering support in areas such as installation & commissioning, trouble shooting, overhauls, rerates of machinery, spares support, etc. with regional offices to provide immediate access to customers.

The company has a full fledged engineering department which provides services such as pre-bid engineering, basic engineering, detailed engineering, etc. Further details are provided in Annexure V Annexure VI outlines the scope of engineering normally carried out in projects executed by the company.

The company has worked with various Indian & International codes and standards such as IS, ASME, BS, IBR, DIN, AD Merk Blatter, TEMA, HEI & API. The Company also undertakes fabrication to PED requirements.

Products  and Services have been approved, registered by,  with various agencies in India. Details are enclosed in Annexure I. The company has been accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 certification by BVQI. The fabrication facility in Mangalore is accredited with ASME ‘U’ Stamp certification.

The fabrication shop is well equipped and comprises a full-fledged machine shop, fabrication bays and other machinery as outlined in Annexure II. The facility also has state of the art shot blasting & painting booths.

The equipment fabricated are subjected to stringent quality control procedures at all stages as well as final testing. The quality control apparatus and facilities available, both in-house as well as through external agencies, are listed in Annexure III.

The company is run by highly qualified and skilled manpower. All departments have adequate number of skilled personnel to ensure quality products and services delivered/rendered on time. Annexure VII provides a break up of manpower available.
