Conformity India International Private Limited holds an agreement with the Swiss National Certification Body ELECTROSUISSE (SEV) for a Mutual Recognition Arrangement. Under the Agreement, Electrosuisse and CII may recognize the work done by each other for the purpose of granting their own certification marks. CII is now authorized to conduct Factory Inspections in India for SEV Approvals and SEV may also accept testing work done at Accredited Facilities under the supervision of CII. This opens up a new access route to Global Approvals through the Swiss Body.
