Our customers can avail from us Cyclones and Multi Cyclones, which are widely used for the collection of coarse dust particles. These are designed to remove dust with an emission level of 200 mg/m 3. The pressure drop of the system is as low as 50-100 mm WG ensuring energy saving features. These Cyclones act as primary filtering system for high dust loading condition and requires low maintenance. Known to handle larger volumes of hot gas and to achieve better emission standards, our range is widely used for flue gas filtration from Boliers, Kilns. During this time the operating temperature is high and the particulate is of abrasive nature, ensuring optimum functionality. These are also high efficiency centrifugal particulate separators suitable for product receivers, as precleaners to high efficiency fabric-type dust collectors, or as independent collectors for coarse dusts.

Based on latest technology, these are proven system for excellent removal of noxious and corrosive contaminants from the gases generated by various process plants. These are developed using high grade raw material such as mild steel, FRP, and stainless steel as per the application need. With the use of spray nozzles or atomizers, the gas is washed with suitable liquid medium. In addition, the packed bed helps provide large contact surfaces for the gas and liquid to mix in order to trap contaminants.

Owing to our in-depth industry knowledge, we are involved in offering Wet / Dry Spray Booth for Spray Painting. These are designed to improve finishing and meet the ever increasing need to protect the environment. Adhering to international standards, the Booth works on the principal of continuous recycling of water that runs down from the spray booth on a stainless steel curtain. Moreover, the over spray paints and lacquers are trapped in the water due to the powerful extraction provided by the centrifugal fans. The replaceable special paper filters, in which paint particles adhere during the extraction by fans, have to be replaced after it gets choked.
