Manufacturing facilities are accredited and operated according to the latest system of cGMP, ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:1999 & ISO 14001:2004. As on today, the Surya group has total reaction capability of 100KL, consisting of SS Reactors/GL reactors/Hydrogenators.Unit processes for Filtrtion/Centrifuging, Drying, Milling, Seiving/Micronizing, Blending, Filling, Packing and Storage are in well dedicated places and provided with AHU to prevent contamination of foreign particles/pests.
All Raw materials and finished goods are checked for proper labels/identified & stored in well maintained warehouses and arranged in such a way that there is no mix-up.
