Air - Cooled Fluid Coolers: The Air-Cooled fluid coolers of our cooling towers such as FRP cooling towers, cross flow cooling towers, etc, are manufactured in -house using latest technology & international standards design. The design, material selection and construct of the coolers are done through CAD & CAM and we assure accurate thermal transfer. Moreover, the tubes & the fins can be made up of Copper and Aluminum depending on client's requirement.

Fans: The axial flow fans in the cooling towers are directly driven by branded motors fitted with high level of accuracy. The fans are of die cast aluminum and have adjustable pitch. Each fan is individually tested at different rates for optimum performance and are dynamically balanced. Being made up of Aluminium Alloy / FRP the fans do not corrode even in outdoor applications.

Motor: The motors fitted in the towers are of branded make. They are IP 55 with class " F " insulation and have extended SS Shaft. This lowers the RPM of the motor and minimize the noises emission and increases efficiency of the entire system. The motors are designed to take the rain, dust, moisture and to withstand atmospheric temp. up to 80 degree centigrade.

Enclosure: The entire enclosure unit is made up of Mild steel sheets of heavy gauge and are powder coated with 80 microns.

Base Frame: The unit is assembled on a heavy-duty channel base. The units can be placed in open ground or can even be mounted on roof top as per job site requirements. Our structures are rigid and are corrosion resistant.

We are equipped with spacious factory wherein needed facilities are installed for undisrupted production. Some of the machines installed are:
