Air-Cooled Fluid Coolers: The Air-Cooled Fluid Coolers offered by us are manufactured using advanced technology by following international quality standards. The designing, material selection and construction of these coolers are done through CAD & CAM facilities. Also, we assure accurate thermal transfer in the manufacturing process. Moreover, tubes & fins can be made using copper and aluminum in accordance with demands of customers.

Fans: The axial flow fans in the cooling towers are directly driven by branded motors, fitted with high level of accuracy. Manufactured using die cast aluminum, these dynamically balanced fans have an adjustable pitch. Each fan is individually tested on the parameter of optimum performance. Also, these fans do not corrode in outdoor applications.

Motor: The motor fitted in the tower is IP 55 with class 'F' insulation and has an extended SS shaft that lowers its RPM. Also, this minimizes the noise emission and increases efficiency of the entire system. These motors can withstand adverse atmospheric temperature up to 80 degree centigrade.

Enclosure: Mild steel sheets of heavy gauge is used to manufacture the enclosure. These are powder coated with 80 microns.

Base Frame: The unit is assembled on a heavy-duty channel base that can be placed in open ground or can even be mounted on roof top as per job site requirements. Our structures are rigid and corrosion resistant.
