Minimum Order And Lead time

We do not adhere to any rigid minimum quantity or minimum lead time. Such decisions are dependant on how much free capacity we can allocate to your particular requirement and this of course, varies on a seasonal basis.

We would be happy to receive any enquiry you may have, and shall do the utmost to incorporate large or small quantities into our production schedule.

Quality Assurance

Each production job is organised with one merchandiser and one quality controller working in tandem with the purpose of achieving the twin objectives of organized timely deliveries, and high product quality. We aim to beat the competition on both counts and this reflects positively through our shortened production cycle and lower manufacturing defects year on year.

Production Information

We pride ourselves on being a vertically integrated company handling all stages of garment production efficiently. This is based on two pillars, namely, in-house facilities for cutting, sewing, finishing & packing and our strategic joint ventures for the vital stages of knitting and processing. It is ensured that our production units employ the most modern equipment available to the industry.

Processing, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing

All Dyeing is done in both atmospheric as well as high temperature & pressure processing.
Dyeing vessels are of capacities ranging between 50 kgs and 1000 kgs allowing us to process any quantity of fabric efficiently to cover small, medium & large volume orders.
In-house lab facilities match colours from batch to batch and guarantee consistency. Every dyed batch is analyzed for wet as well as dry fastness. Dyeing defects are virtually eliminated.
The processing & dyeing is carried out with eco-friendly chemicals. Effluent is 100% treated at the in-house ETP.
AZO free reactive pigment and discharge all over print and an equally large capacity for chest print in plastisol pigment & hidensity.
Relax drying, steam multi roller compacting, stentering to ensure mimimal residual shrinkage before the fabric reaches the cutting table.

Programming & Cutting

All programming is done by CAD (LECTRA SYSTEMS) and our calculations is accurate to ascertain correct consumption of knitted fabrics.
The (CAD SYSTEM) DIGITISER and PLOTTER gives fabric programming & pattern making systematically as per the buyer’s requirement.
Centralised cutting occupies a large section of our shop floor. Emphasis has been duly placed on this department from which the garment initially takes shape.
Plotting & pattern making, fabric inspection, pre-production sampling, layer cutting & sorting are carried out by a well experienced team of professionals.
The bulk cutting on automatic, relax spreader gives uniform size accuracy for all garments.
The department is equipped with a fabric testing facility & technical staff to inspect all fabrics for texture, GSM, knitting, dyeing, printing defects

Sewing of Woven Garments

We have associated joint venture units for making bulk production of woven garments at Erode, Salem, Bangalore & Chennai depending on the style.

Quality Control Checks

Our quality control department is involved in monitoring all stages of production. Every batch of manufactured goods is required to undergo the following checks :

Lab dip
Proto-Sample Approval
Fabric GSM
Size Set Approval
Colour fastness
Shrinkage
Pre-Production Approval
Shipment Sample Approval
We maintain records of these inspections. Additional external inspections can be carried out at the buyer’s request.
Both SGS & ITS regularly visiting our factory as external inspecting agencies as per the terms of contract of some of our regular buyers.

Final Checking & Packing

All manufactured garments are brought to the Centralised Packing Department where checking, steam ironing & final finishing are carried out.
The department is manned by professionals who adhere to international standards & buyer requirements.
All Quality Control Department records are assessed before final packing is authorised.
