Bag filters

We manufacture bag filters made from the best raw materials like mild steel that is treated to prevent rusting. In addition to mild steel we also manufacture them in different materials like SS/ PVC/ FRP Lined and can be customized in choice of colors. Our premium filters are extensively used to remove particulate materials from general ventilation air. Our bag filters have the following unique features:
  • Inlet choices

    It offers either top entry or hopper entry to meet the needs of your applications. For fine dust with low dust concentrations and with higher air-to-fabric ratios, top entry is more suitable. In case of course dust and high dust loads, hopper entry is preferred. Heavy particles naturally gravitate to the hopper.
  • Pulse-jet cleaning

    The filter bags in the collector are continuously cleaned with pulses of compressed air which are initiated by an electronic sequential timer. Small volumes of high pressure compressed air are directed from a reservoir tank through solenoid valves and nozzles.
  • Convenient bag removal

    We have designed the Pulsejet filter in such a way that the bags can be removed from the side panels of the collector, without having to dismantle any part, which means that a single person can remove the bags within a few minutes.
  • Pressure-drop across the collector

    Since the bags are continuously cleaned the pressure drop is very low and almost constant. Though the pressure drop will depend upon factors like air-to-fabric ratio, temperature of air, dust loading, fineness of dust, etc., normally it will range between 75 to 150 mm WG.

Wastewater Clarifiers

Our company is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of clarifiers. This is extensively used for treating wastewater effectively. The clarifier helps in removing sediment, turbidity and floating material from the wastewater. Our clarifier technology has the following types of clarifier:
  • Mechanical Clarifier: It comprises of -

    Circular Center Feed
    Flow enters through the center stilling well and is forced downward, ensuring a proper settling time before it rises and exits through the wall-mounted weir troughs. The skimmer covers the surface of the clarifier between the center stilling well and the scum baffle.

    Circular Peripheral Flow
    Flow enters at the periphery, where it is evenly distributed and spiraled downward around the annulus by means of the specially designed baffle skirt, providing for maximum settling toward the sludge pickup. Flow exits through the center- supported weir troughs.
  • Inclined tube/plate Clarifiers

    A gravity clarifier is the most economical method of removing solids from liquid because natural gravity is the source of energy and it is free. A clarifier simply provides a non-turbulent zone where heavier than liquid solids, suspended by turbulence, are given sufficient time to settle to a quiescent surface.

Oil Skimmers

Our oil skimmers are automatic and versatile offering complete solutions to the clients. These skimmers are maintenance free and have the ability to run for 24 hours a day. The design that our designers have developed is very simple and prevents clogging. Our oil skimmers vary and depend on the viscosity of oil and can collect up to 100 to 600 litres per day.

Principle

The Oil Skimmer works according to the principle of adhesion. The oil sticks to the smooth outer surfaces of the tube. The water stays back. The constantly rotating tubes pull the oil, which is like a film, of the water surface and transports it to outside of the tube surfaces. With collecting channels, the stripped off oil is lead to a pre collection tank at the rear of the skimmer and from there by a non-emulsifying pump to the main collection tank. This tank usually stands outside the separating basin or tank.

Advantage

Due the collection of the oil from the surface of the water, the skimmer pulls off mostly just oil when working in a closed oil layer and nearly no water. The oil collecting efficiency in closed oil slicks comes up to 95% pure oil. The more oil available the higher the efficiency of the skimmer. The main collection tank will not be filled with mostly water but oil.

Industrial Thickener

The range of our thickeners are made from the best raw materials sourced from certified vendors. These products can be availed in different specifications of diameters ranging from 3 mtr to 50 mtr dia.

Thickener operation
During operation, feed enters the feed well via a feed pipe or open launder, energy is dissipated to promote settling. In some cases, flocculates and/or coagulants are added to the feed to agglomerate particles and improve settling. Feed dilution can also be incorporated if required.
After passing through the feed well, the feed enters the main portion of the tank where settling occurs. A cone plate attached to the torque tube is installed to assist with slurry distribution over a greater area of the tank. Rake arms attached to the centre shaft and drive rotate to direct settled solids to the discharge cone where thickened slurry is pumped out of the unit.
