Utilizing the domestic reverse osmosis membrane technology, we are able to effectively offer a range of domestic R.O plants to meet the drinking and cooking needs of residence and households. It also finds application in small offices, hospitals, clinics and many more areas. at places where the dissolved solids go beyond 250 mg/liter (PPM), the water tastes bad. Hence to remove the presence of such like minerals, a reverse osmosis treatment is suggested, wherein tap/salt/bore water is forced to penetrate through a semi permeable membrane, leaving behind the unnecessary impurities and contaminants.The resulting water is clean, clear, pure and free of salts and microbes, hence lessening the risks of water borne diseases. These filters are used for removal of dissolved iron which are generally present in the form of lower oxides.

These filters are used for removing both oxidised iron and iron in solution. The practical upper limit of iron concentration for these filters is 5 ppm. The filter media is also capable of removing small amounts of hydrogen sulfide. The filter media has three functions :

  • It acts as an efficient filter in removing oxidised iron and sediment.
  • It acts as a compact catalyst in augmenting the union of oxygen and dissolved iron in water to form oxidised (filterable) iron (the water must contain at least 0.1 ppm oxygen for every 0.7 ppm of iron).
  • In case where the water has little or no oxygen the media will give up some of its own store of oxygen to oxidize iron.
  • The media must be regenerated periodically with potassium permanganate (depending upon oxygen content of water) to restore the media.
  • Optional regenerant systems are available to facilitate regeneration. pH must be at least 6.8 for efficient application and temperature should not exceed 120° F. Chlorine or potassium permanganate may be fed into the water ahead of the iron filter to aid in the oxidation of iron.

Ultra violet, the invisible rays of light in the electromagentic range of 200-400 nm wavelength, is considered to be the natural process of purification.

A wavelength of 253.7 nm has the optimum germicidal effectiveness that cuts through the microbial cell membrane to destroy the DNA molecule so as to prevent the process of cell replication. It is widely used to provide bacterial disinfection caused due to water and does not change the physical or chemical attributes in water. It leaves behind no residual properties in the treated water and not a single microorganisms is known to resist the UV rays.



Ozone Generator

Ozone,based on the corona discharge principle for producing high purity zone is reckoned as one of the strongest oxidizer to kill and remove bacteria, viruses and water borne diseases.
