CLYDEUNION Pumps Indonesia Formed CLYDEUNION Pumps would like to announce an agreement to form a Joint Venture with PT Duraquipt Cemerlang in Indonesia. This JV is CLYDEUNION Pumps first in South East Asia, increasing our global footprint, market share and client database .
PT Duraquipt Cemerlang import pumps and pump parts and combine them with locally made accessories, providing customers with a quality product at a competitive price. The JV, named PT CLYDEUNION Pumps Indonesia (PT CUPI) will have the capability to package and test pumps from the CLYDEUNION Pumps range, offer service and support for our products in the field, and provides us with improved access to markets we previously couldn't reach.
PT CUPI came to fruition when the growing Indonesian economy, with a pump market worth $200m a year, caused the Indonesian government to push imposed regulation for local manufacturing that would develop the country's engineering sector.

CLYDEUNION Pumps Engineer Wins Coveted BPMA Award We are delighted to announce that at a recent British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA) annual dinner Gavin Miller, mechanical design engineer, was awarded the Engineer of the Year award. This prestigious prize was won against national competition and is assessed by peer group manufacturers and all associated industries across the UK. The prize was presented at the dinner held at the Hilton Hotel, Coventry.
