The Company was established in August, 1982 by Shri M. Ganguly at Ambernath, M.I.D.C. Area to manufacture material handling equipments, since then the company has grown, diversified and excelled in manufacturing standard and tailor made machinery / equipment for Chemical, Cosmetics, Paints, Ink, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Beverages, Mining and related process industries.

Though the company was started with aim of manufacturing Conveyors, today it also manufactures Industrial Mixers, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Food Processing equipments & Oil field equipments.
