We offer Wide range of wide range of Oscillating Granulator which is fabricated using 304 grade stainless steel for GMP as per compliance. The complete body of the machine is mounted on a strong stainless steel base for sturdiness. Highlights of the machine are:   Powder Hopper : The gross volume hopper has 35 liters capacity which is for feeding sufficient material for process and is made out of stainless steel 30 4 GR material, 10 SWG thick sheet.

We have designed rapid mixer granulator which is efficient for mixing and wet granulation of powders, providing consistent quality. This rapid mixer granulator offers a wide range of features for powder and binder charging, variants for setting up, cleaning and control apart from connections to wet mill and down stream process such as fluid bed drying. Meeting the highest cGMP standards.

• The seal housing and drive shaft may be flushed with cleaning water, which is then drained away from the machine through built in drain tubes

• Flush wall type discharge valve eliminates pockets at the port of discharge valve

Catering to the demands of our clients, we are engaged in offering wide gamut of Mini Multi Mill or Oscillating Granulator or Co – Mill. Available in two models such as CEOG - 200 and CEOG – 400, these meet the requirements of Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food and Fertilizer Industries. Moreover, our product range is flexible to be attached with Vacuum loading & discharge arrangement or Gravity flow system. The inner surfaces are mirror polished which facilitates cleaning. Besides, the sliding rails and fast fixing devices allows easy mounting and dismantling of the accessories. Further, the oscillatory motion of rotor gives uniform granules with less fines and the size of granules varies with perforation of sieves. The externally fitted bearing housings further prevents the contact of product with bearing lubricants. This helps the granules to be free from black particles.
