Industrial Blender

Double Cone Blender is a machine with higher degree of efficiency. It is used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. Only two third of the container is filled in this type of mixer to achieve proper mixing. These machines are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry to granulate and blend medicated powders. The conical shape of both the ends of the mixer ensures uniform mixing and easy discharge of the powder.

• Suitable size of butter fly valve at one end of the cone is provided for material discharge & hole with openable cover is provided at other end of the cone for material charging & cleaning
• One shaft with 04 nos. of fixed buffels with mirror polished is provided inside the cone
• Cone is mirror polished from the inside & outside & structure is matt polished
• All moving parts are covered with SS304 covers
• Safety guards made from SS304 pipes is provided in front of the m/c with limit switch
• Panel fabricated from SS304 material has facility of three phase indication, D.O.L. tarter, digital timer & Amp. Meter
• Machine is provided with left or right side drive as per customer's requirement

• Worm reduction gear is used for speed reduction
• Food grade rubber gasket is used at both the ends of cone as well as in butterfly valve.

• All safety guards & covers are made of SS304 in GMP Model
• Hand wheel will is provided for manual tilting of cone
• Safety guards are provided with limit switch so that the machine cannot be started until the guards are in proper position

Operation

Owing to the octagonal shape of our octagonal blender, granules are able to come from all the sides thereby reducing the requirement of RPM. Moreover, these type of blenders are suitably used for crystalline & granular type material as these get continuous movement resulting in good quality of blending and lubrication.
