This equipment is most useful to lift the IPC to transfer the material from IPC to other container or in hopper of any equipment. With help of this equipment dust free and very speedy material transfer is possible. The equipment is equipped with one jaw having clamping hooks to clamp the IPC. The hydraulic system (power pack unit with cylinder) is provided to lift the complete assembly with IPC. With help of the hooks first clamp the IPC with jaw of the Lifter. Lift the whole assembly with IPC at a desirable height. Finally height can be adjust as per requirement to transfer the material which are in the IPC. Discharge the material in other container or any other hopper, with help of butterfly valve which is provided at discharge of IPC.

Construction

Drying oven is fabricated of rigid angle iron frame with double walled panels insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass. Besides, these are also equipped with a rigid door which is fitted with strong hings and best locking arrangement. A control panel is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate the operation easily. Manufactured from high quality mild steel in standard model, these dryers have large working space. These have a optimum finish of enamel color from outside and is painted with heat resistant paint from inside to resist temperature up to 300 degree. Further, in GMP model the dryers are manufactured from high quality SS304 or SS316 and have a mirror finish from inside and matt finish from outside.

 

Air Circulation

To ensure perfect air circulation, a highly effective recirculating air system is provided in which the heated air, is recirculated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying. Designed to perfection, the whole system enables simultaneous drying of material at the top and bottom. Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space are some of the advantages of the oven. Our offered range of Fluid Bed Dryer (01 to 10 Kgs.) is manufactures using high quality basic material. These are specially designed to introduce hot air stream on the base of product container. Blower is used to induce draught and thereafter fresh air is sucked in to the unit. This fresh air is further heated by electric heaters, steam or thermic fluid heaters and expands the bed of material at certain velocity which creates turbulence in the product. The whole process is called fluidisation that provides ideal conditions for drying and produces full agitation of solid particles. As each particle gets surrounded by hot air, therefore the heat transfer becomes extremely high and uniform.
