Commenced in the year 1996, we CNC Associates are a foremost manufacturer, supplier and exporter of an extensive range of air handling equipment. We are managed by our mentor Mr. E. Jayaraja, who possesses an experience of more than 20 years in turbine manufacturing and Air handling equipments. Under his judicious guidance, we have grown leaps and bounds in our business arena. Our widespread distribution network across Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi, enables us to serve our clients within a stipulated time frame. Our perfect blend of sophisticated manufacturing facility and qualified and certified manpower enables us to outperform the competition. Located across Silicon city, we enjoy several advantages such as free supportive government, proper climatic conditions and availability of man, machine as well as financial power. Further, to outperform the competition, we are planning to install 3 more CNC machines and hydraulic presses. In addition to that, we are also preparing to enhance our testing facility, for providing in-house product certification. Additionally, with our purpose to promote our business and to induct new clients, we have participated in several trade shows such as India Machine Tools & Air Show.

our air handling equipment are manufactured using qualitative raw
material such as ferrous and non-ferrous alloys that are sourced from
some of the leading and well established vendors, which are based
across India and UK. Further, we also customize our industrial
environment control equipment in accordance with CMM. In
addition to our products, we also offer services that includes
maintenance, filters & disposable bags of all types, ducting
works of M.S,G.I,F.R.P and aluminum types, dampers, silencers &
acoustic fabrications, cooling pads, authorized motor sales as well
as CAD/CAM & CADMAX. |

| Infrastructure We are well assisted by our state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities that enable us to serve the varied requirements of our customers. Our infrastructure includes a production unit, which is spread across a wide area of 5000 sq. feet and is outfitted with latest machines that have an installed capacity of 600 lot/ month. Some of the machines installed in our production unit are as under:

Our production unit is backed by an in-house design unit, which is equipped with updated packages AutoCAD to Master Cam and unigrafics done, to enable us in designing our range in accordance with clients’ specifications. |
| Quality Assurance Being an ISO 9001:2000 organization, we give due consideration towards ensuring quality in our process as well in our industrial environment control equipment. We have established a quality control unit, which is managed by a team of quality experts. Our quality analysts ensure that the raw material is procured with NDT testing and the particular documents are maintained for minimum of 5 years under our archive policy. Only after getting the approval of our inspection department, the first part or pilot batch is further processed. Our quality inspectors use equipment such as test rig and anemometer to conduct following rigorous tests/checks:

| Warehousing, Packaging & Logistics We possess a capacious warehouse, which enables is to store our range of industrial environment control equipment. Our warehouse is managed by a team of storekeepers, who perform the following tasks:
- Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate drivers and routes – shipments
Backed by our packing experts, we pack our range using qualitative material such as wooden boxes and pallets, to prevent any loss during transit. Additionally, we also have in-house as well as outsourced transportation facility, which enables us to deliver our range to our client within the shortest possible lead time. |
