We offer dust filter bags, woven filter bags, vacuum filter bags, dust collector filter bags that have cylindrical shape hanging vertically in the unit, representing a critical component of operation. Correct bag fabric and design is an important aspect to achive for maximum filtration efficiency, cake release, and durability.

Pules-jet and plenum pulse baghouses collect dust on the out side of the filter. Dust laden gas floods the baghouse, and clean air exits through the inside of the bag while the dust particles collect on the out-side filter surface. A support cage prevents bag collapse during filtration and aids in the re-distribution and cleaning of the dustcake. A wide variety of filter bags can be manufactured to meet specific application needs. We have following types of Filter Bags.

We manufacture filter accessories that includes the venturi, bag cups and thimbles. The detail description are as under :

Venturi

A venturi is an integral component of some pulse-jet collectors. Its primary function is to serve as a component of the pulsing system that pulls in ambient air to augment the volume of the compressed air pulse. The venturi directs the blast of compressed air into the center of the filter bag to reduce abrasion caused by misaligned blowpipes and turbulant air flow. If venturies become damaged or worn, compressed air doesn;t gain the velocity and volume required to effectively clean the filter bags and can lead to abrasion failures. C&R specializes is system upgrades with several materials available. Venturies are supplied for many bag houses style. Felt and rubber gaskets are available for proper fit between the venture and tube sheet.

Bag Cups

Bag cups are used in bottom load dust collectors to mount the venturi and cage to the tube sheet. They are avaiable plated, coated or manufactured in stainless steel, cerbon steel and in several bead heights and hole patterns.

Thimbles

Thimbles are exposed to harsh bag house elements and can become corroded, resulting in leaks. C&R's stainless steel thimble helps reduce corrosion in chemically active units. Other thickness and materials are available upon request.

We manufactures filter cages for use in most bag houses. Properly designed filter cages serve as critical bag house components for optimum bag performance and durability. Filter cages are made on CNC machines for burr free finish, and are constructed of following materials
