The Cochin Clearing House, commenced its operations in the year 1948 as a sole proprietory concern, Shri. V.Parameswaran being the founder. Later it became a partnership firm with Shri. Parameswaran as the Managing Partner.  From February 2008 we are a Private Limited Company.

We have excellent team who work 24 x 7 x 365 to extend service to the delight of the customers. We handle both pre and post shipment documents in the case of exports and follow up imports from the place of origin till the destination, till  the goods are customs cleared.  We are well versed in hadling in all types of export promotion schemes – Drawback, DEPB, EPCG, VKUY. Promptness in delivery the post export documents like EP copies, AREs and follow up of drawback are our strength.  This is beyond the post-shipment documents, like Bill of lading, commercial invoices, certificate of origin (GSP form A as and when required) and any other documents.  We also handle filing of application for obtaining DEPB/VKUY licenses.
