We also offer our clients a huge range of Angular Contact Ball Bearings. These are non-separable type bearings and widely used to carry combined (axial and radial) loads. Angular Contact Ball Bearings can also carry pure axial load and work on high speed. These bearings consist of raceways in the inner and outer rings that are displaced with respect to each other in the direction of the bearing axis.
There are two types of Angular Contact Ball Bearings:
Single row angular contact ball bearings:
Single row angular contact ball bearings are capable of carrying axial loads acting in one direction only. The force acting in the axial direction, under the radial loads, needs to be encountered. This force is usually adjustable against the second bearing. These bearings contain one high and one low shoulder on each ring allowing more number of balls to be incorporated.
Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings:
Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings have been designed by using two single row angular contact ball bearings placed back to back and contain a non-separable type design. The fundamental design of these types of bearings does not have filling slots and is also can adapt equal axial loads in both directions. The ones with a larger outer diameter contain filling slots in one direction and also a pressed steel cage.
Our range of Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings is widely known for its high load carrying capacity without enough friction. We offer our range in set standards as well as it can be also customized as per the client’s specifications.
