Diexter -Polyester Polyols

In the Polyurethane, the DIEXTER G are used in order to give and improve the elastomeric properties in the molecular structure. The application areas covered by the use of DIEXTER G saturated polyester are:

• Microcellular elastomers
• Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU)
• Slabstck foams (include. low fogging grade)
• Synthetic leathers
• Adhesive industry (lamination, packaging, hot-melt etc…)
• Systems for casting
• Paints, coating and polyurethane dispersions

In comparison to other polyol classes, the DIEXTER G saturated polyesters can offer to the polyurethane:

• Good oxidation resistance
• Good cold-flex behaviour
• Good thermical resistance
• Good chemical resistance (oils and solvents)
• Excellent mechanical properties (moduls, tensile strength, elongation)
• Good crystallization rate
