Puf Insulated Steel Door

The assured performance of totally Asbestos free Cold Chain Concept doors is conforming to BS476 Part22/IS3614 part 2. The doors are made according to manufacturer's specification as per the design of prototype tested at CBRI, Roorkee. The range of Cold Chain Concept Doors varies from 40mm to 65mm in thickness according to the Specific application . The fully insulated shutter faced with GP sheets on both sides and the frames are made from higher gauge GP sheets conforming IS.

Belt Conveyor

A conveyor moves material. It is a part of material handling system which used in the world to minimize the labour and increase the Movement of Material.

A conveyor can move the material by Gravity, against Gravity and For Gravity. This system is done by a moving belt or rollers. In case of belt, the belt is moved by electrical power and is called a "BELT CONVEYOR".

A belt conveyor consists of a belt, pulley and drive. There are other components viz. return idler, take up screws etc used to stabilize the movement and keeping the tension of the belt constant.

The drive is done by a electrical motor coupled with the roller that drives the belt. The speed of the belt is variable from 50ft/minute to 85ft/minute.

We are furnishing the installation operation, maintenance and safety manual for a smooth running of the material handling system.
