We have appointed technical professionals especially to study the feasibility of raw materials. Our technical experts implement their complete experience and efforts to inspect the manufacturing process by checking the grades at various stages, setting the melting temperatures and installing the moulds for individual products.
Our team of experts, supervisors, employees and staff will take necessary measures in estimating the quality starting from choosing the raw materials to delivering the end products.
Certain quality control steps are taken during the process as follows: - Selection of proper grade raw material. The grades will be different for different products, hence treated individually.
- Maintaining the preheat temperature of raw material to evaporate the existing moisture in the material.
- Checking the hydraulic pressure from time to time in all the cylinders. This involves installing the mould in proper center and aligning it on the rack.
- Testing the temperature of each heater attachments and maintaining the required temperature till the end.
- Continuous supervision during the production process of each and every product.
- Testing the product in dimension, size, weight and carry out to confirm whether it is meeting our standards or not.
- Sorting and assembling the desired valves.
- Testing of each valve under high water pressure. This pressure will be up to 10 kg/cm2 and 15 kg/cm2.
- Testing the finished product at our fully equipped laboratory.
- Packing and forwarding the end product to customers with best after sales services.
