Our bar stock air header connects pipe to pipe with standard vent connection. We also offer pipe air header, which connects flange to flange with standard vent connection. The salient features and specifications are as follows:

• Spindle tip non-rotating tip shut off type-stellited & regulating-stellited.

• Bonnet pusher is silver plated for anti galling freezing for increased stem cycle life.

• Dust cap protects stem threads from external contamination.

• Sizes available for bar stock ½” inlet x ¾” outlet. For pipe type ½”, ¾”, 1” with NPT, BSPT socket weld & flanged end.

• Working pressure 6000 psig.

• Choice for material of construction i.e. AISI 316, Carbon steel.

We manufacture ad provide air headers. One-piece forged or bar stock body of air headers combines a compact design with strength and reduced potential leak paths compared to conventional designs. In this air header, we have Inlet female conn., one drain female conn. & outlets are between four to ten female conn. Bonnet assly. operated by every outlet connections.

• Test conducted -  Pneumatic Seat test is performed at 1/4 of working pressure. Hydrostatic Shell Test is performed at 1.5 times the working pressure. Optional test are available on request.

Bonnet Design

• Screwed bonnet design
• Stem - Ground and thread rolled
• Hard seat - with non-rotating stem tip (with ST6). With rotating stem tip-regulating & Soft seat .
• Dust Cap on bonnet pusher protects stem threads from external contamination.
• Packing and sealing are leak tight for easy operation.

• Material : Straight configuration fittings, Are available in SS 316, Brass, Monel- Alloy 400 & NACE MR-01-75
• Thread Standard : NPT as per ANSI B1.20.1 , BSP Taper as per BS21,

Air headers are mainly used for Air distribution and to centralized several connections. It uses in refineries, liquid patroleum gas processing plant, petro-chemical plants, systems difficult to shut off due to solid contents dust, rust, dirt etc.
