Check valves are one primery isolation globe type needle valves, assembled & option drain port is given with plug on the periphery of the flange. The check valves are directly mounted to the vessel or process pipe. Instruments may be directly mounted to the valve outlet or alternatively remotely mounted with gauge lines and impulse pipe work.

  • Check valve are designed for UNI-DIRECTIONAL flow control of fluids & Gases.

  • These check valve are blow out proof & leak tight shut off seat design.

  • Back stopped poppet prevents the spring from being over-stressed.

  • Cracking pressure includes 1.5, 10,25,50,75 & 100 psig.

  • Back pressure may be required to reseal the valve with nominal cracking pressure of 5 psig or lower

Condensate Pots

Condensate Pots
Condensate pots are chambers made from seamless carbon steel pipe and weld caps. The interior of each chamber is cleaned by removing foreign elements. All pipe connections are 3,000# half-couplings mounted on 90 angles assuring proper installation.

Product Application

Condensate pots are used to catch and hold condensate and foreign material.This helps to keep manifold orifices clean and free of foreign material. They are located upstream of the instrument and have a bottom drain so that they may be cleaned.
