Quality Assurance
ube and pipe fittings, valves and other instrument accessories meet the industrial standards. We conduct various stringent quality tests during every stage of production to ensure consistent quality. Some of the tests, we conduct are:
Hydraulic Pressure Testing: Pneumatic to hydraulic booster pump can test for Pressure up-to 10000 PSI
Pneumatic pressure testing: Tube fittings and valves can be tested up to 150 PSI on Air compressor and up to 2000 PSI on Nitrogen Cylinder
Impulse Testing:
This test determines the ability of the fitting assembly to resist severe and sudden pressure impulse without failure
The fitting assembly is subjected to pressure cycle of 0-3000-0 PSI at between 0.5 Hz - 1.7 Hz (30 Cycles / min 100 Cycles / min).
Vibration testing: Fitting assembly is tested under similar high vibration condition in the plant, at 23-47 Hz.(1380 Cycles /min 2820 Cycles /min) at an amplitude of 2-5 min under contant pressure or with impulse.
Hardness Testing Machine: To detect hardness of the material with suitable identors.
Inspection Gauges: We have all the necessary Thread Gauges, Bore gauges, Micrometers, Verniers etc. NPT ring and plug gauges - 1/8" - 1" NPT UNF ring and plug gauges - 5/16" - 7/8" bore gauges for all metric and imperial tube sizes. BSP / BSPT ring and plug gauges
