Offering Lead Alloys manufactured as per customer specifications.

Lead Sub Oxide

Lead Sub Oxide

Lead sub-oxide or grey oxide is a mixture of 60 to 80 percent lead monoxide and 20 to 40 percent of finely divided metallic lead powder. The free lead content can be varied to suit different requirement of customers. It is a product of great importance in the field of secondary cells. The product which is almost entirely in tetragonal alpha form has been established as superior to Barton Oxide (due to presence of some beta monoxide) because of greater degree of reactivity for storage battery plate manufacturing industry. Refined Lead (Minimum 99.97% purity) is required input for our Grey Oxide manufacturing plant, which uses the Ball Mill process and has below specifications:

Red Lead (Lead Oxides)

Red Lead (Lead Oxides)

Red Lead is most important of all the intermediate oxides of Lead. It is a brilliant orange red to brick red powder of high specific gravity. Chemically, red lead is lead tetra oxide, Pb3O4, a water-insoluble compound that is prepared by the oxidation of metallic lead or of litharge (lead monoxide); the commercial product sometimes contains litharge as an impurity.

Our manufacturing plant for Red Lead have a Barton plant as the first step to produce messicot. The required input is refined Lead ingots of minimum 99.97% purity. The Barton plant output is routed to Red Lead furnace with their equipment in conjunction with a dust collection plant, conveyors, grinder and cyclone-bag-house filtration unit arrangements, culminating in a packing and storage module.

Lead Oxide

Lead Oxide

Offering Lead Sub Oxide or Grey Oxide manufactured with Pure Lead 99. 97% min. purity and free Lead content from 25% to 40% delivered after in-house laboratory testing.

Litharge (Lead Oxides)

Litharge (Lead Oxides)

Litharge (Lead monoxide PbO) is a crystalline product with predominantly ortho - rhombic structure. It is commercially available as a canary yellow powder with a reddish tint. Litharge is not only the most important oxide of lead, but also the most widely used inorganic lead chemical. It is produced in a variety of grades depending upon its specific use. The particle size varies from a fine particle average radius of 1.5 to 8.0 microns. It occurs in two poly-morphic forms - The tetragonal form ? PbO (Red in colour) is stable upto 489o while the orthorhombic ? from (?- PbO) (Yellow in colour) is stable above this temperature. Thus the difference in colour is caused by the state of crystallisation.

Our manufacturing Plant for Litharge has a Barton plant as the common first step. The required input is refined Lead ingots of minimum 99.97% purity. The Barton plant output is routed to the Litharge furnace with their respective equipment complement, which comprises of the Litharge furnace, grinder, cyclone and bag-house arrangements, ending in a mixer / silo, pulverizer & packing section.

Lead Mono Oxide

Lead Mono Oxide

Offering (Lead monoxide PbO) with Pure Lead 99. 97% min. purity used for various purposes like stabilizers for PVC, Ceramics, Storage Batteries, Glass and Vitreous Enamels and other miscellaneous industries.

Pure Lead

Pure Lead
Pure Lead Ingot is being produced from Raw Lead Bullion / Re-melted and secondary Lead ingots / Lead scraps though Pyrometallurgical process. We produce Pure Lead Ingots with a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight (99.985% in most cases).

ALL OUR ALLOYS ARE SUPPLIED WITH 15 ELEMENTS SPECTROPHOTOMETER REPORT.

Our Plant is having three refining kettle / pots with capacity of two 20 MT and 5 MT. Our Automatic Ingot Casting Machine can cast up to 10 MT per hour and ensures dross-free & smooth top surface of each ingot and almost similar weight of each ingot separately. We dispatch after staking of 42 ingots in one bundle dully striped.

Product Code: PL-01
