The company is one of the Manufacturers & Exporters of bedspread, table cloth, table runner, curtains, cushion covers, napkins and other home furnishing textile products since 1991. Now it is planning to improve our business. It have a number of skilled labour and allied facilities that keep a close monitor at each step, so that it can dispatch the highest quality in each of the segments respectively, dyeing, weaving, fabricating, checking & packing, delivery schedules and in responding the buyers requirements. The normal activities are we will get order from merchant exporters/ buying agents/ agencies and directly despatch the goods to shipping agents with in the delivery date. In between process like checking, stitching, cartons order, Buyer inspection etc., doing in the ware house. Having its own dyeing factory in the name of M/s.Dolphins Colours. We are doing Azo free dyes( Okotex std.100) with 60o colour fastness-washing,rubbing and light fastness. It is using the dyes like Camex, Dye Star, and Ciba Cran, as per their requirements. Also it is doing Washing, Zero Zero Finishing, Fabric Dyeing & Printing. It have having 100 Power looms 150 Handlooms and 100 Jacquard looms under our control. Before going to production, it will get design and colour approval from the given order. Also it will enclose the test report to fulfill their expectation. After getting approval it will go for bulk production and it will send the production samples to get approval. It is having good checking section with 50 nos. of checking persons working in our company on salary basis, more than 100 contract labours in the control both checking and packing for contract basis. On one hand it houses the facilities to carry out new experiments to enhance the quality & increase variety of the products, on the other; it is manned by highly skilled designers. It have huge labor force working under the guidance of the designers.
