• Mr. Kiran I. Bendale (Founder Member and Chairman) : He brings about 40 years of chemical related experience that helps fostering the gtrowth of this organiation. He was always passionate about building a remarkable chemical company based on quality and integrity.

• Mr. Vikrant K. Bendale (Vice President, Operations) : After obtaining a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, he moved on to achieve master's degree in chemical engineering from one of the renowned univeristy in USA. He enthusiastically contributes his multinational work experience for the development of new products and processes along with understanding customer needs.

• Mr. Prashant Talele (Manager, Sales and Marketing) : To Bendale Chemicals , Mr. Talele brings 15+ years of sales leadership, strategic planning and organizational development experience. His unique approach to driving customer value and focusing on mutual value creation with his accounts were key factors to growing the business at almost twice the pace of the industry.
