The Team members are also from the Battery industry drawn from BPL/ Kirloskar/ HBL and Amco. BSES uses proven specifications for input materials and work practices backed by process charts and in detailed process notes from grid casting to finish and Dispatch of products with controls at all points of manufacture. We are at present a multi brand manufacturer and make batteries for Energy Plus (Login), Uniq, Turbo, Silicon (both Bangalore and Mysore), Saghana, Swamy Electronics, MOS Power Controls, Edison Power Systems and Universal Batteries apart from our own BSES brands. At present, we produce HR/ PPCP Open type batteries. We can also produce and supply Tubular batteries on your brand name with 3 years warranty. We have exported Tubular Plates to Altaf Automobiles Navana Group in Chittagong with Zero rejection percentage and are their preferred suppliers, even today. The officials of Rahima frooz, another Bangla Desh Company having a turnover of Rs.400 Crores also visited our works and have approved the Tubular plates. BSES has the following segments of business at present: Manufacture of Auto and UPS plates for Auto and Tubular Industry. Manufacture of HR and PPCP open type Batteries for Auto. Manufacture of Tubular Batteries for UPS/ Inverter segments having complete range from 20ah to 200 ah in HR/PPCP in horizontal, vertical and jumbo series. Sealed Maintenance Free Batteries of small range (mostly imported). UPS and Inverters (only trading) business not significant. BSES has all the statutory approvals including approval from the Ministry of Forests and Environment for import of batteries and related items for manufacture and trade. BSES is already in the process of putting up facilities for manufacture of Heat sealed batteries for Auto and UPS. The entire range will be available by June 2010. Starting from 2010, all the models of UPS Batteries will be available in heat sealed versions including IT 500. BSES also is registered importer and exporter and has an IEC Code. We can also supply with Double hole cover for Float and Ceramic vent plug systems. We also list out few important technologies that enable us to be different from others. Use of selenium grids reduces frequency of topping up low maintenance. Grid design and formulations are proven formula ensuring long life. Use of PE Sleeve type separators with glass Mat (Industry uses PVC which the entire world has stopped using at least a decade ago except third world countries, of course). These are sourced from an American company with its head quarters in USA. We will be migrating to HI- Sep Separators from PE as the test results have shown superiority over PE Separators (under evaluation).
