Today it is one of the most modern manufacturing unit having latest machinery and food proof quality control system. Close grain cast iron bodies are machined and bored in a single setting on imported vertical turret lathes to ensure perfect alignment. All heavy duty hard and tempered gears are having cross cut teeths and run in oil bath. This ensures noiseless running of the machine and long life for the gears. Heavy duty ball rollers, taper roller and thrust bearing are fitted in the machine for its smooth running and low power consumption. All our machines are given a trial run in our workshop before the machine is painted and dispatched to the customers. Our machine are suitable for crushing any oil bearing seed, such as, jatropha, cotton seed, groundnut (peanut), copra (coconut), mustard oil, palm kernel, casttor, linseed, seasom, soyabean, maize-germ, cashew nut shell, walnut, shenut, kardi, tumba, neem and other oil bearing seeds/nuts.
Cottonseeds and soyabean are crushed in single pressing operation While other require double pressing. We manufacture these machines in different sizes starting from small baby expeller (24x4) for cottage industry to giant size expeller that is (55x11x9) for big units. Suitable filter presses and refined tanks for these expellers are also supplied. |
