Company manufactures the Hose assemblies to cater to the needs of Steel Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Textile Industries, Paper Industries, Tank Farms, Chemical Plants, Petrochemicals & Refineries, and Power Plants etc. Hose assemblies for highly critical applications have been supplied to India Space Research Organization and Department of Atomic Energy.
Robust construction of hoses makes them suitable for installations near to furnaces and other highly adverse / extremely testing conditions.
Special heavy duty close pitch hoses with heavy duty braiding are also specifically designed and manufactured based on parameters e.g. working pressure, dynamic movements, velocity of flow etc.
Lance hoses, jacketed hose assemblies, road tanker and ship loading/unloading hoses for liquid cargo, refinery hose used in hydro cracker and converter, special high pressure hoses like 8? hose for 25 bar working pressure, 3? hose for 35 bar, 1 /4? hose for 245 bar form regular part of production.
Fittings:

Fittings for hoses are also supplied separately. Bengal specializes in wide range of fittings including male hexagonal, female swivels, welding ends, threaded pipe nipples, welding collars etc in stainless steel and mild steel. Special fittings as per customer specifications can also be produced. The fittings are precision lathe machined or CNC machined as per requirement
Interlock Hoses:
Bengal is proud to announce its production of interlock hoses. These are produced in size range ??[ 12mm ] to 10?[ 250mm ]. The available grades are SS 304 and Galvanized Iron.
Government Recognition:
The new unit is a 100% EOU (Export Oriented Unit) recognized by Government of India. Present export turnover is about US$ 4.00 million.

Exhaust Connectors covers the following types of Automotive Exhaust Connectors made of Stainless Steel AISI 304 material and have a Twin Walled (two ply) construction:
1.Automotive Exhaust Connectors (Bellows) with Outer Braid
2.Automotive Exhaust Connectors (Bellows) with Outer braid and with Inner Braid Hose provided on the inner diameter
3.Automotive Exhaust Connectors (Bellows) with Outer Braid and with Interlock liner provided on the inner diameter.
