BHAVE ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. is a modern & progressive bright bar plant located at Badlapur, near Mumbai. This company was founded in the year 1995 by a group of technocrats with wide experience in the manufacturer of bright bars.

From a very modest beginning with one production line in the year 1995, BHAVE ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. today has four process lines to produce bright bars in various shapes like round, hexagon, sharp corner square, triangle, I bar, and star & other profiles.

Bright bars manufactured by BHAVE ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. find their use in reputed precision automotive component manufacturing companies.

Quality

The cold finished bright bars are inspected and tested for the following:

1) Chemical Composition: Random samples are tested at an outside laboratory.
2) Surface inspection for brightness and defects is conducted on 100 % bright bars.
3) Dimensional tolerance as per DIN 671 and ASTM A484.
4) Mechanical tests are done on random samples drawn from each lot for conformance to ASTM A276, A479, DIN1740 and EN10088.

After rigorous testing & inspection, bright bars are packed.
