Inflammable/Non-inflammable. Suitable for any type of conveyor belt joints, such as M24, H.R., SHR, PVC, PU, F.R. etc.. Conveyor pulley rubber lagging, tank lining etc... Do not require any kind of extra curing time. Heat Resistant up to 2200C is available.

We undertake any other works on conveyor beltings to save and extend the belt life. The works are like longitudinal joints, edge repairing, center cut joints, repairing of worn out belts etc.

The lagging work can be carried out at site, without removing pulleys from its original position. Any size of pulleys can be lagged with in very short time. We have successfully carried out rubber lagging on steel cord beltings under cold vulcanizing process at site.

Specially made for conveyor pulley rubber lagging, tank lining etc Extra bonding power and high abrasion resistant. Available in standard profiles, plain, diamond grooved, square grooved, ceramic embedded etc.. It has sticking element at bottom for extra bonding. Various thicknesses available,2mm & above. No curing time required.

Normally available in colored bottles containing 60ml. To be mixed with all geofix brand cold vulcanizing solutions as per instructions.
