The company was promoted by senior professionals from the consultancy and engineering industry having experience for over 2 decades. The chief executive mr. s.varatharajan was with prg consultants and whilst leaving service he was design consultants (engineering & projects) overseeing hotel, it parks, malls, industrial canteen projects being put up by the company in india. The co-promoter mrs. p.anandha lekshmi was with ambal engineering, chennai and whilst leaving service she was design engineer. It had also independently managed project design for a hotels, it parks and completed the project in record time there. Planning of the building mechanical service from inception and execution coordinating with the architects with emphasis on space planning, maximising available spaces, designing of various spaces for end use with maintenance and flow of services, being the prime considerations.
