It also manufacture especially composed 4 % zinc and manganese base phosphate coating chemicals for defense and engineering applications. These chemicals reduce the heavy capital investments on expensive tanks and various equipments. This is a three stage simple hot bath process and it support with complete setup of the process at the customer premises at no extra costs. It manufacture both, zinc, as well as manganese base cold phosphate coating chemicals specially developed for the large size engineering products like tanks, vessels and very heavy iron/cast bodies. This either can be used as bounding base for paints or as a direct finish on the surface part. This either can be applied by brushing method or by spraying. The black oxide coating chemicals dont use toxic or any hazardous chemicals like cyanides and ammonia base additives. These are basically developed for hot bath black oxide coating processes and applications includes the machine components in steel requiring jet black finish with surface protections.
