Quality
U.P. National Mfrs. Ltd. follows a strict piece to piece check
quality policy. The organization if ISO 9001 certified and quality inspections are made at every step of product manufacturing. Overall a product goes through 5 individual RUN tests, at every phase of manufacturing. It also have CE approval for European market. Australian/NZ approval for Australia/New Zeeland. CTUVus approval for U.S.A and Canada. The factory has also passed various Social Inspections required for export to Developed countries. And ISO 9002 certified company.
Infrastructure
The factory is located in varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Spread over an Area of 3 Lakh Square Feet. Lush green gardens and lawns are maintained for a healthy working environment.
It have an IN-HOUSE R&D department, fully equipped, which takes over all the developments and testing. Qualified and experienced engineers can take the challenge of developing products to customers needs. The Machine shop is fully equipped with Presses, Lathes, Die lathes, Turret Lathes, Balancing machines, Varnishing Section etc. It also have the IN-House Painting and Treatment unit with 5 tank chemical treatment process to ensure paint life and finish.
