Company have two Factories located at Alleppey which is 75 Kms south to the Cochin International Airport and are easily accessible by Road. Factories are compliant for conducting all major buyer audits and are presently working for some of the major buyers in the Industry. The factories together having an inbuilt area of 2700 Sq. Mts. is integrated with almost all facilities in the processing of the products it make. It have a Latex Backing unit and a rubber mat manufacturing unit within the Factory to ensure the Quality of the products. The Latex Backing unit is undergoing upgradation to a fully automatic system using the most sophisticated technology that is available in the industry. It is also sourcing its facilities to many of the major exporters in the Industry. It is directly employing more than 50 persons within the factories and indirectly employing about 200 persons around it. It also have a strong network of handloom weavers who are highly skilled and capable of executing large quantity orders in minimum lead time. It follow a thorough and continous process of quality checking through out all the stages of production from raw materials to finished products. It is also looking forward to start a PVC tufted coir mat unit by the year 2010.
