having 40 years of bakers history. It is among the top of the indian
bakers history.

It all started with kissan bakers being established in the year 1966 by Mr. Nabi ahmed, who had been associated during the british empire period in the north of india. Eventually, it came down to jodhpur, his hometown and started kissan bakers, with a vision to grow and expand.

Kim bakers was later formed in the year 1996. The name kim has been taken from an english film by the same name, the shooting for which was done in jodhpur. The cast of the film were all british, and one of the british bakers passed on the secret recipe of baking products as per their culture to kissan bakers, later worked on refining the products and introduced in jodhpur, which had a great response.

In further vision of expansion and to meet the rapid demands of the market, kim foods pvt. ltd. initiated 15 a.d. in the year 2000, an ethnic and antique model of a bakery store with stylish interiors dating back to the 15th century a.d. the family owned business now has a vision of expanding through the franchise model and spread rapidly across the country and abroad by opening a chain of 15 a.d. outlets.

Kim 15 a.d which is having four own outlets in its home city provides all the bakery products such as savories, snacks, cookies, pastries and cakes.

It also provides coffee and shakes through indigenously developed vending machines. It offers a truncated menu with stress on hygiene, speed of service, superior quality, affordability and freshness. The presence and offerings are smart, efficient, fast, reliable and satisfying.
