Spurred by the success of its parent company?s CP Exports fabric division the garments-making division called CP Fashion was set up in 1993, initially serving clothing customers in Japan.
The garment manufacturing operation now includes 45 high-speed sewing machines, Steam pressing & other special machines. Quality control includes scanning packed garment using Needle-detector machines. Monthly output is currently 10,000 garments. We are focused on Value Added markets of Japan, Australia and UK.
Value addition like Hand-embroidery, Discharge print on the garments, Sequence , Arri work and Smocking & Shearing , using accessories like handmade Crochet Lace , buttons made of Coconut, Horn, Shell and handmade buttons which gives more creative and unique look are our specialized areas.
Our fabric library offers a wide range and collection of exclusive designs and weaves enabling our customers to design and create new trends . It has Lighter fabrics like Gauze with Lurex, Voils, Flax, Single Count Yarndyed , regular weights with designs like Chambrays, Plaids , Stripes, Dobby, Honeycomb and designs like Brushed Flannel, heavy Herringbone , Hopsack etc for heavier fabrics. Ethinic designs and fabrics made using Ikat, Tie & Dye, Batik , Kalamkari and Vegitable dyes are also available.
We are also manufacturing 100% Eco-friendly and recyclable products for the Hotel industry. We are currently supplying to leading International Hotel groups and brands the Eco-friendly products like Laundry bag, Drycleaning bag ,Shoe & Sliper bag , Newspaper bags , Toilet roll and Hairdryer bags with their names and the hotel logo?s either Printed or Embroidered on them.
