The group was started in the year 2004 by mr. shagoun mohan wanchoo who has eight years experience in finance, distribution and syndication. The group has a clear vision, to be rs 250 cr by 2015. In span of four year it have genrated net profit over rs. 50 lakhs on the total revenue generation of over rs. 15cr. At first, company started its business from financial services activities and gradually moved in to construction, hr services, travel & tours and international trade business. The group has already made its plans, to move in to manufacturing sector. By the year 2010 it will have its first aluminum industry where already land acquisition has been taken. The group will also look forward for joint ventures and Acquisition route to reach its target.
