The company was started in the year 2004. The first investments in india were done in march 2007 and the indian company was started in 2008. Emmanuel dyan and lionel fernandes are the founders of the company. Their motivation was to promote opensource software by implementing it into the companies and to help the communities improve their software.
Also, the motivation was to provide innovative solution in the
opensource world where sometimes customers are lost or don''t trust the products enough.
After its involvement into the community and the choice of the right products, the company came to the limelight. Companies like knowledgetree and sugarcrm, helped the company into its voyage. Due to their trust and understanding, inet process has enough knowledge in its products and could manoeuvre itself through challenging times.
The company''s business revolves around the customer relationship management (crm) and document management system (dms). Inet process has strong expertise on crm and dms application. Company is actively involved in consultation, implementation, customization, support and training.
One such facility is the sso (single-sign-on). Company has also launched a secure infrastructure, which will become a big strength of the company very soon.
The company mainly focuses on sectors like automobile, pharmaceutical, insurance, travel, petroleum etc. and the segments where customer is very critical.
Right now the strategy for its development and growth has been totally redefined. It has reduced the number of products and is going to a specialization on sectors and on security. It is focusing on security (cryptography with ssl and certificates). Focus on r&d to find the right modules that the clients need. With the experience and with the research it have done, it now able to provide a complete secure infrastructure to a company, to manage customer''s data and documents at the same time adhering to the norms as well.
