Import crgo and crngo coils and sheets of varying thickness from
warehouses in europe, usa, japan and china. These coils are then slit in george make slitting machine. These slitted coils are then cut into transformer cores by sophisticated shearing machines along with the notching. The notching is carried out using power dyes. Thereafter the
core is annealed in gas furnace to remove the burr if any. It supply the transformer core to leading power and distribution transformer
manufacturers across india. The core losses are maintained as per the customer requirement as the core is tested using iron loss tester.

The plant is located in Roorkee(Uttaranchal). The annual production capacity of core is 2500 metric tonnes.
