Quality
The company''s processing activities facilitate product development and successive profits. The following steps are involved:
1. Quality yarn is purchased from reputed spinning mills.
2. Dyeing is done by cabinet & vat process by using Eco-friendly dyes.
3. Weaving is done by handloom, power loom and auto looms under the supervisors.
4. Stitching in in-house units under strict supervision.
5. Inspection and packing done in the factory in the presence of Chief Executive.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure:
- Dyeing: Dyeing is done by cabinet and vat process by using Eco-friendly dyes - AZO free dyes and 60*C fastnes machine dyeing.
- Weaving: It have contract weaving unit with 100 handlooms and 80 powerlooms. The main weaves are plain, matty, check, stripe, rib, terry, crepe, seersucker, dobby, jacquard and voile weaves.
- Stitching: It have 25 nos of power machines. It doing printing and embroidery also.
