Prasad VSV, has over 22 years of corporate and business experience, leading teams to success. He has worked with the Second Largest Public Sector Oil Company - Bharat Petroleum Corporation for over 15 years, was among the youngest Territory Managers, recognised as an effective leader setting up and establishing the brand of grocery chain stores.

Thereafter, he joined the country's biggest Industrial House - Reliance Industries, was part of the team that put up the first ever Petroleum Outlet of Reliance at Hazira, Gujarat. He was also instrumental in recruitment, training and development of many young officers who learnt the basics of the business and were recognised as the best in Western Region.

After 18 years in the corporate field, Prasad decided to make his passion, training and development of people as his vocation. Using his knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming (being an NLP Practitioner), Prasad helps people reframe their limiting beliefs, overcome their own internal contradictions and head towards success in their chosen fields.

Prasad is the President of Garden City Toastmasters Club, Bangalore (The first in India to be affiliated to Toastmasters International, USA - a communication and leadership training organisation).
