Quality Policy Total performance to the highest standards of quality has always been the routine practice at MAKSIM ALLOYS since its inception and steps are being taken to evolve into a continuously improving highly efficient team enterprise. Some of the salient features our quality assurance practice are : All the castings manufactured bear a unique Heat No. on un-machined surface which helps us maintain a precise traceability of the material used and processes involved. All the vendors and sub-contractors/service provides are selected after a careful examination and test orders.Yet, periodic and random checks are performed at regular intervals. Procedure-matrices are made to perform each and every process involved by qualified personnel and are strictly adhered to. We have achieved our target of less than 1% pre-dispatch internal rejection in past two years,and our next target is to bring it to less than 0.25%. More than 95% of orders are delivered on-time.
