The factory is established in Thumbe on Mangalore Bangalore Highway (NH 48) and in Kallapu on Mangalore Kasaragod Highway (NH 17).

Peeci Industries is situated in a sprawling 12 acres of integrated plant with all infrastructure facilities in Thumbe and Kallapu.

The manufacturing unit is having a Guest House at Thumbe.

The factory is having a full fledged and spacious office with cabin.

Peeci Industries has upgraded all its manufacturing facilities by employing state-of-the-art technology and Energy efficient technology at its manufacturing plant.
