Our Brush division

Our brush division is capable of manufacturing a variety of brushes used in various applications. It is made by trained workmen who have acquired skills, both in the traditional method and modern brush making techniques.

(1)Hair Handling

Hair Processing Unit

This unit is an integral part of our entire production infrastructure. Hair is an important part of our brushes is processed here and gives customized finish. We use superior quality of hair to maintain quality.


(a)Pressing

Pressing process in the ferrule for making flat brushes.

(b)Hair Dressing

all the hair that goes in the manufacturing of premium grade and medium grade brushes is dressed and processed so as to give maximum strength and durability of hair.


(c)Tufting

The process that assumes the maximum importance in the entire process of brush making. Our tufters have been imparted the best training and are now well equipped to make all kind of shapes, while combining the best of traditional and modern techniques


(2)Dowel Making

Handle Operations

Our skilled production team give highest emphasis on dimensional accuracy of handles and their components. All the handles are manufactured with a best quality standard


(a)Grinding

Grinding provides cylindrical/conical shape to the wooden dowel.

(b)Auto Shaping
Auto shaping provides round shape to the top of the dowel.

(c)Auto sanding
Auto Sanding process makes dowel smooth and provide fine finishing to the Dowel.

(d)Gikking
This process requires the dowels to be fixed to the nails in the nails Stand followed by dipping.

(e)Dipping
In Dipping process these nails stands along with dowels fixed in them are dipped in various paint colors so to provide vide range of colored handles (processed dowels).

(3)Ferrule Making

Ferrule Division
Our ferrule division encompasses the largest ferrule making operations. To keep the highest level of standard, we employ latest
production technology.


(a)Pipe Drawing
Operation to draw the brass/aluminum pipes in required diameters for purpose of making ferrules.

(b)Swazzing
Swazzing Process used for making cylindrical and conical shape to the ferrule.

(c)Buffing
Process to provide well finished surface for ferrule. To give dust free ferrule with a good finishing.

(d)Anodizing
Anodizing is the process for permanent color Plating to ferrule, provides silver and golden color as per required.


(4)Assembling

Assembling division

Our assembling works for well maintaining to the brushes, as first crimps for joining the ferrule into the dowels and prints the logo on the surface of brush handles. Good packaging of brushes more important factor in this.

(a)Crimping
Crimping process used for joining the brush head with handle.

(b)Printing
Print for marking our brushes and bar-coding. Used for product labeling and logo.


(c)Packing
The brushes is packed as per the users requirement-either in ready to sell packaging or bulk packaging.
