About Us

SRINI PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED is established in the year of 1995 company having its US FDA and TGA inspected and approved manufacturing facility 60 kilometers away from the Pharma Capital of India, Hyderabad. The facility has five full-fledged production blocks with the efficient utilities including steam, chilled water, nitrogen generation, cooling water, vacuum and compressed air. It has state-of-the-art centralized quality control lab and R&D Lab. The total capacity of the plant is 276 KL with ten independent class 100,000 clean room areas to produce 360MT of APIs and 640MT of Intermediates per annum.

Infrastructure

The facility has unique feature of the utilities located on either side of the manufacturing area with adequate working space for the chemists. All the equipments are qualified according to cGMP norms, ICH guidelines and 21 CFR guidelines. The unit has ten independent class 100,000 clean rooms to process ten products simultaneously in all the modules.
The clean rooms have restricted entry and buffer rooms for change over from uncontrolled area to the controlled area. The entry procedures are elaborate and indicate the requirements of clean area clothing and disinfectant hand rub for protection against any contamination.
Total activities are under controlled environment of positive pressure, relative humidity and temperature are also measured. Adequate facilities of warehousing are with huge capacity to quarantine raw materials, intermediates, finished products and packaging materials. The areas are designated separately to avoid mix ups
